johnnyq 6cd5290f4c Migrate cron_ticket_email_parser.php back to using php-mime-mail-parser libraries and php extensions php imap and php Mailparse while still keeping the new functionality from the webklex php-imap version of this script. There were wayyy to many dependcies with WebKlex and ran into way too many problems. This delays OAAUTH2 until we can find a better solution
