johnnyq 46f7960cd0 Fix issue where primary contact is not being automatically selected when creating a new ticket under client this was due to how we changed the way primary contacts are stored in the Database - Also added display of the contact title and if they are primary or technical. Also Sort Primary first then technical under ticket add or edit -- see here https://forum.itflow.org/d/207-tickets-broke-again
